The Break series is built around the line as the primary carrier of state.
Within a minimalist language, the line becomes a substitute for imagery: it takes on the role of a path, a direction, and inner effort. Appearing in a calm space, the line fixes the moment when movement becomes necessary and previous balance can no longer be maintained without change.
In these works, the line is not a geometric element or an abstract form, but a metaphor for a chosen direction. It may shift or change course while retaining clarity and control. Break speaks of a state in which tension does not accumulate for the sake of conflict, but becomes a point of change and a new form of support. The minimalist space allows the line to remain in focus and function as a sign of composure and resilience at the moment of inner shift.
