Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the return policy carefully before placing an order.

Right to Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To initiate a return:

• You must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

This right does not apply to:

• Custom-made or commissioned artworks;
• Items returned in damaged or altered condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging;
• Your order number and full name.

In this case, we will offer a refund or replacement (if available), and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
